About

Built around practice that resembles the exam.

A question bank for candidates sitting the NCLEX-RN and the NCLEX-PN, built around one idea: practice is only useful if it resembles the examination, and if it tells you something you did not already know about your own weak spots.

Who we are

Where the questions come from

Every question is written and medically reviewed by the team behind A2Z NCLEX Prep, and maintained by them directly. When a rationale needs correcting it is corrected at source, and you see the change the next time you meet the question.

Each item is filed against five independent lists — NCLEX category, subject, section, topic and question type — rather than a single tree. That is why a cardiac question can belong to both adult health and paediatrics without existing twice, and why your performance breakdown can be as fine-grained as it is.

How it is built

10 question formats

Traditional and Next Generation, each with its own renderer and its own scoring rule — including the partial credit that a select-all or a matrix item earns, rather than marking a nearly-right answer simply wrong.

8 NCLEX categories

The client-needs categories the examination is organised around, plus subjects, sections, topics and question types — all filterable, and all reported on individually once you have answered enough to be worth reporting.
